    If the £24.5k didn't include costs then my primary school maths suggests she ignored well over 200 tickets.

    @BP - do you know if costs were included, or if not what they might run to?

    I believe costs were added on top - last line of the Judgment:

    "I have awarded expenses to follow success according to the usual rule."

    I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years.
