Parking ticket not displayed

Im wondering whether I should send them a letter saying that they may as well cancel the ticket because of it being their fault by not providing stickies + not to bother with court process since they won’t win

instead of waiting to send me loads of letters + then reply to those instead using the templates provided

I don't know if il be able to remember this for another 6 years that I may have a court hearing and I may have to prepare for it + keep the original ticket

If you do that, you will encourage them to take you to court as it spells A M A T E U R.

and how come it would encourage them? I thought it would put them off pursuing it if I sent them more points like showing them that the cases were thrown out etc

No. It will not put this sort of bunch off, they smell money and want money; the entire industry is rotten from greed. They've seen it all before and will see you as a hooked fish if you protest too much now.

Ahh okay so I should let them do the work makes sense and that way hopefully they might just forget about me too

You are likely to hear from Gladstones and to get a claim, that's the reality. But you have seen they are defendable from the Prankster's blogs. We haven't seen anyone lose v Gladstones AFAIK.
