Hi,
I got a ticket In Hove Station Car Park run by Indigo. Train was delayed thus getting back late. Do I contest, ignore, pay?
What do I do as I've heard they cannot do anything.. I haven't contacted them at all. The ticket is £100 which goes to £60 within 14 days.
Many thanks

Advice: Read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky which explains exactly how to deal with this. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Simple one to appeal and win at POPLA. Do not pay, do not ignore.
I know the station and the car park and have helped a friend get off 4 unfair Indigo PCNs there. DO NOT write an appeal about what happened and don't say who was driving in the appeal.
This is why the NEWBIES thread is at the top of the forum.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
