Well I have just received a cheque for PPI. Very pleased but have one question. I initially shopped with John Moores which I believe was taken over by Littlewoods. Despite me pointing this out they have only paid me from 1994 when in fact I started shopping with John Moores back in the late 70s. Should I appeal?

PPI wasn't sold in the 70s
If they don't have records before 1994 then provide your own or let it go, if you can't prove you paid it then it won't go furtherSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
