Use by tomorrow

Hi,
I have just received my delivery tonight at 9pm, and I had to return the tiger bread and some 'fresh' rolls as the expiry date is tomorrow.
Morrisons stated on their website, 2 days life, but this includes the delivery day, what matter time you receive it and tomorrow.
I find it really unfair that I get penalised and lose a day because I received my delivery late at night.
I called them but they would not have any of it! What a great customer services it is!!
Not only I paid delivery but I will have to get some more tomorrow!
Any advice?
