ANPR issues

This is the story.

Ticket 1 issued from anpr dated 20-5-16 time 0204
Ticket 2 issued from anpr dated 20-5-16 time 0204

ticket 1 and 2 show car exiting with no picture of entry. charge is failing to make payment on exit.

Ticket 3 issued from anpr 22-5-16 22-05-16 2300

ticket 3 show car entering with no picture of exit. charge is failing to make payment on exit.

Drivers details was not sent, following letters demanding payment had the following information.

only one ticket from 20-5-16 time as 0000
ticket 3 with time as 0000

so, one ticket is missing from the 20th and the time has changed on both. plus no entry and exit pictures.

my questions are

by which date should the RK get the letter?
Could my argument be that by their own admission their equipment is at fault plus they are deleting evidence?

what happens after making contact after LBC? will they accept drivers details?

    You mean Wright Hassall?!

Come on, relax, it is only NCP; they almost have a zero court claims record - a person has a ONE in 75000 likelihood!

    http://www.bmpa.eu/companydata/National_Car_Parks.html

Those single cases may not even be parking matters/consumers/driver, they could be suppliers of their signs, an employee dispute, anything. NCP got their fingers burnt the one time they are known to have faced a driver in court (England - I assume you are in England/Wales too, not Scotland), who sued them for towing his car away and illegally keeping it from him:

    http://www.davidmarq.com/bama/Mayhook-V-NCP%20Judgement%20transcript.pdf

And if the car park was a railway one - like in the linked case, where NCP apparently had to pay very hefty sum in settling 90% of Mr Mayhook's costs - then the chances of enforcing a charge under railway byelaws ends after only six months.

If not, they can pursue in non-railway car parks for up to six years but they are not legal eagles and they can only recover a charge if they know who was driving.

    STOP. STOP!

    - NCP can only possibly hold a DRIVER liable.

    - NCP cannot hold a Keeper liable because they don't use the POFA wording in their Notice to Keepers.

So, why on earth in a million years would the recipient of these letters, who NCP only know is the keeper because you've never admitted the driver, suddenly hand over the name address and shoe size of the only person they COULD actually pursue if ever they broke the habit of a lifetime and tried another small claim?!

Nonono. Never name the driver to NCP. Ignore them and come back only if you actually get a court claim rather than the daft ZZPS letter chain (the WH letter in fact coming from ZZPS, not from a solicitor's desk):

Sleep soundly, this is just a series of debt letters, exactly like we've all ignored for a decade on here.
