1. The National Lottery Xtra Grease the Musical Tour Tickets competition (the “Competition”) is run by Camelot UK Lotteries Limited (“Promoter”) with assistance from PromoVeritas Limited (“PromoVeritas”) and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with Facebook. By entering the Competition, all entrants agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
2. The Competition is open to UK and Isle of Man residents aged 18 or over, excluding individuals named on the Gambling Commission’s National Lottery prohibited play list, employees or agents (or any immediate dependent family of those employees or agents) of the Camelot Group of Companies* (“Camelot”) or any of their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, key subcontractors (including, without limitation, employees of PromoVeritas) or any other person(s) connected with the Competition.
3. The Competition will take place between 8.30pm on 04/03/2017 and 11.59pm on 05/03/17 (the “Competition Period”).
4. The Competition will take place on The National Lottery’s Facebook page. To enter the Competition, each entrant must, during the Competition Period, post a comment under the promotional Facebook Live stream post stating the answer to the question ‘In the musical Grease, what gang does Danny Zuko belong too? T-Birds or T-Rexs.’ Entrants must also ‘like’ The National Lottery’s Facebook page (including during the Competition Period). Entries into the Competition are limited to one per person– if an entrant submits more than one entry, only that entrant’s first entry will be accepted.
5. Entries not complying with these Terms and Conditions will not be valid.
6. Once the Competition Period ends, all valid and correct entries into the Competition will be entered into a random draw (the “Draw”). The Draw will take place after the Competition Period ends and will be supervised by PromoVeritas, the independent prize draw adjudicator.
7. There will be one winner of the Competition. The winner will win the prize available to be won in the Competition, as described in paragraph 8 below. The winner of the Competition will be the first entrant selected at random from all valid and correct entries into the Draw.
8. The Prize:
There is one prize available to be won in the Competition. The prize consists of one pair of tickets to a show on the Grease the Musical 2017 UK tour, at one of the following venues:

Tickets will only be available for shows on Monday-Thursday at each venue.
The winner will be able to select a venue of their choice from the list above but travel and/or accommodation will not be organised or financially covered as part of the Competition prize. The winner must be able to arrange and financially cover any necessary travel or accommodation to and from the venue itself. The winner must be available to travel and attend the show on the relevant date for the chosen venue, as set out above. The winner cannot change their mind once they have chosen a venue and tickets for alternative dates in the tour or alternative venues will not be provided once issued.
The terms and conditions of the provider and the venue may also apply to the prize and the winner is responsible for checking those terms and conditions and must comply with those terms and conditions.
9. The winner will be required to confirm they are over the age of 18 and live in the UK or Isle of Man before the prize is awarded.
10. The winners of the Competition and the prizes they have won will be announced on The National Lottery Facebook page (facebook.com/TheNationalLotteryUK) on Monday 6th March 2017, via a comment on the winner’s entry post. By entering the Competition, each entrant agrees that if they win, their Facebook username and winning entry may be announced to the public as a winner by the Promoter on facebook.com/TheNationalLotteryUK.
11. The winner will not be contacted directly by the Promoter to confirm that they have won. In order to claim their prize, the winner will be required to check the announcement referred to in paragraph 10 and must send an email to the Promoter’s social media team at socialteam@camelotgroup.co.uk within seven (7) days of the date of that announcement. In that email, the winner should provide their full name, age, phone number, residential address and postal address (photographic proof of identity, age and residence must be provided with that email).
12. By entering the Competition, entrants acknowledge and accept that entries will be available for public viewing on Facebook and that their name may also be used by the Promoter on The National Lottery’s Facebook page. Entrants who do not want their information to be used in this way should not enter the Competition.
13. By entering the Competition, entrants acknowledge they are providing information in connection with the Competition to the Promoter and PromoVeritas and not to Facebook. Accordingly, entrants hereby release Facebook from any liability in relation to the Competition.
14. Entrants must not submit an entry or have content on their social media channels which the Promoter deems is or contains any of the following:
· viruses or other malicious code;
· content that incites violence, hatred or any illegal activity or that is threatening or harassing or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence; or
· any other offensive, defamatory, obscene or indecent content or content that is capable of being resolved into such content.
If such content is contained in an entrant’s comment or in content on an entrant’s social media channels, that entrant’s entry will not be valid.
15. The Promoter reserves its right to redraw a prize (and reclaim a prize if it has already been awarded) and award it to another entrant if any winner: cannot be contacted and/ or does not provide the information requested in paragraph 11 above within seven days of the winners being announced, advises the Promoter that they cannot or do not wish to take the prize, or is subsequently found not to have been entitled to win a prize.
16. All personal data collected will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Personal data will only be used and processed for the purposes of the Competition.
17. The surnames and counties of the winners of the Competition can be obtained for up to one month after the end of the Competition Period by writing to Social Media Promotions at the following address: Social Media Team, Camelot UK Lotteries, 5thFloor, Brettenham House, London, WC2E 7EN. By entering the Competition, each entrant acknowledges and agrees that this information will be available to anyone who makes a request.
18. The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
19. The Promoter accepts no liability or responsibility of any nature for any system failure or other action or event which prevents a person either from entering the Competition (including if The National Lottery Facebook Page is unavailable at any time or for any reason), or in relation to the taking of the prize or the availability of the prize to the extent permitted by law. In addition, no responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for prizes lost or delayed in transmission or post.
20. The Competition is not a game forming part of The National Lottery.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Competition or to vary the Competition or these Terms and Conditions at any time by giving notice on The National Lottery Facebook page.
