Nest Thermostat Hot Water Help

I did find out on Google that I don't need the Nest Hot Water function for a combi boiler.
So do I just set it on off? And will that get rid of the schedule? Or do I need those on?

The hot water is an issue I notice in the shower but not with the taps. It could be due to the length of use so it may have nothing to do with the shower but the hot water delivery. Cold showers are an issue. Long thick hair take longer than 5 minutes to wash and rinse.

The problem is hot water for around 5 minutes. Yesterday, the Nest said the hot water was On, it is also turned On under Settings in the app, the app said hot water On. During the schedule for hot water, after about 5 minutes, it went cold. I used the Boost and it heated up again.

Today, I timed it and it went cold after 6 minutes. I went downstairs and noticed that the blue gas light on the boiler was not on. I turned off the water and started the shower again. I timed it for 18 minutes and it worked fine, blue gas light on throughout.

Very happy with Nest heating. All I want is hot water on demand.

I have a Worcester Greenstar 25i.

I don't know the answer to that. I'd give Nest a call.

We have the Nest E-thermostat which doesn't have the hot water function as we have a combi as well, but I'm sure yours will be fine if you set it correctly.
