Tender Process and links

Options
Hello All,
My cousin has been working as an IT consultant with his Limited company for a while now but in doing so has been taking on one client / project at a time as he is the only person delivering the projects.

He now wants to go into tenders to get jobs directly from clients and run multiple projects plus take on staff / other consultants to help him deliver projects.

Where can he search for direct tenders to apply for contracts:
1. UK Government Tenders / contracts
2. Financial service tenders (if there is anything like that)
3. International projects

You advise and links will be appreciated.
Kind regards

Bluelight have tenders for emergency services. They all need you to show you can deliver, as one man projects don't tend to get tendered he may need to start delivering some big team-led projects to be credible.

Take a look at the Crown Commercial Services frameworks - e.g. G Cloud. The UK government is actively promoting SME's in procurement.
