Virgin media - upgrade tivo box

We've been with Virgin media with a tivo box for about 4 years. Presumably in this time they have upgraded the tivo box. Anyone know if they upgrade them for free? Presumably there would have to come a point where they would as technology moves on.

there is a V5 or V6 ? box just come out. It''s early days though.
I would try and do a deal when your minimum term is up or when they put the prices up0 -

Just be aware that VirginMedia don't actually broadcast anything in 4K yet (although the V6 box is capable of receiving it in the future).0
