  • I echo Rayday2 comments. I've taken my case to the Ombudsman - I have a written agreement from them accepting my repayment offer which I have paid without fail. They, and their solicitors (who are based in their Collections Centre @ Brighton) still send me threatening letters and still do not respond to recorded & special delivery letters sent to them and signed for by them.
    I have had £100 compensation (paid in May) but still the problems persist. They are useless.
