I believe it's a refund for energy you had paid for because your Direct Debit was too high for what you were actually using.

"These cancelled charges are energy consumption and VAT charges that have been reversed and removed from your bill to correct your account balance, your account balance will change to reflect this amended amount and a new amended bill is then issued."0 -
I am not paying by direct debit though I am key prepayment and there is two other bills one on the 17th February stating I am £405 in credit and one on the 18th saying that I am £500 in credit then this bill was from 23rd of February saying I was in £115 in credit sorry but I just don't understand how I could be in so much credit 5 days before then the credit is down to £115 just very strange0

The only credit you should have is what is on your meter that you have paid for but not yet used. Other than that the only other reason is if you have been billed incorrectly and are due a refund. More than likely no refund is due.Self Employed, Running my Dream Jobs0
