Which memory?

As you were all so helpful yesterday I thought I'd ask your advice about upgrading my RAM!
My PC is an Evesham Axis 2600+ (at least that's what it says on my receipt), with 512mb ram in two 256mb modules. There is one spare socket.
I tried the Crucial scanner but it didn't work (selected Axis 2000+ series as that seemed the closest to my system?)
I think I'm looking for DDR Dimms but the number of pins is confusing me
Advice please
Ruth

Try Downloading CPU-Z and running it this should let you know what memory you currently have but it shouldn't matter too much as most memory is backwardly compatible0

If that doesn't work, the type of motherboard (and RAM too) should be listed on the spec sheet or invoice from Evesham, if not contact their support and find out what type it is - then it'll be easy to match.
There is an huge variety of RAM types available, and much is not compatible with other types.0 -
That was helpful! Am I right in saying that DDR 333 RAM is always 184 pins?0
