Hi again hypno - just before I pop to the "today" thread, can you confirm you take Epson cartridges? Don't want to send it if its no good to you.

Some Epson cartridges are taken and some not. I will try and hunt out the particular model numbers and post on here so people know whether to send or not!

just to back up what shineyhappy said about local businesses; I work in a community/arts centre type place and we get through LOADS of cartridges, we do recycle ours but its worth checking out similar places near yourself. Sure staff in many offices would be glad to have them collected, I know I would! (I always manage to get covered in ink when I try to do anything with them. it is not a good look.)

Hi Hypno, got any dark clothing? went to recycling centre sunday theres a whole bin of the things there!! (i'll borrow a large barky dog and be your lookout if you fancy a midnight raid!!) :-)

OH has been sent on a mission at work today adn i have 2 or 3 here so will pop them round, great excuse for a cuppa!!

Hypno, someone has dumped 6 HP number 10 cartridges on my desk - all unused. No good for recycling but would you like me to send them to you anyway - you could maybe ebay them or something?

They're no use whatsoever to me because we don't have the printer that uses them anymore. I can't think what else to do with them except bin them!

Can I just say that I am amazed and very flattered at the amount of help and ideas that have been given to me on this. I was worried that this thread might come across as being "trivial" so I am really really pleased that it has received the response that it has.

What about doing a sponsored ski? 8 hours of continual ski runs, you get sponsored say 20p per run and have to fit as many into the allocated time as possible?
