Terms & Conditions
The prize includes: Return flights for two on Air Canada from London Heathrow or Gatwick to St. John’s; car rental for five days; four nights' accommodation for two people at Murray Premises. Hotel bed only.
The prize does not include: airport transfers or travel in the UK between the prize winners home and the airport; the cost of any passports, visas or travel documentation required for the prize winner to travel to the Canada; travel insurance; fuel, tolls, car hire insurance excess or any additional costs associated with the hire car; personal spending money; any food, drink, activities or additional expenses not mentioned in the prize description. Any additional costs and expenses incurred during the trip will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
The car hire element of the prize is valid for economy/compact class cars only. Exact model of car may vary. The winner may be required to provide a credit or debit card for the booking which may be pre-authorised at the start of the trip with any excess agreed as part of the car-hire insurance. The prize winner may wish to organise their own car hire excess insurance prior to the start of the trip.
The prize is subject to availability, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable. There is no cash alternative. No purchase necessary for entry.
The prize is valid until March 1, 2018, and the stay must be completed by this date. Final booking will be subject to availability of flights and accommodations.
The winner and companion must travel together. Bookings must be made at least one month prior to the intended date of departure and are subject to availability at the time of booking. Once booked, dates cannot be changed.
In the event of cancellation by winners, for whatever reason, no alternative prize will be given. Once bookings are confirmed they cannot be changed.
The exact flight route will be at the discretion of Air Canada based on available options at the time of booking.
The winner will be contacted using the email address provided at the time of entry. Once notified, the winner must reply within two weeks.
The winner must ensure they comply in full with all relevant customs and immigration requirements, including the appropriate passport and visa requirements. The winner must take out adequate travel insurance.
APL Media Limited retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event that the original prize offered is not available.
The prize draw is open to residents of the UK and Ireland aged 18 and over. Only one entry per named entrant and email address will be accepted.
The winner agrees that their name may be used in publicity material relating to the competition.
