IHT 400 Timescales

For anyone wanting to know the current turnaround times for IHT400 I have received confirmation from Mike Howe Business Tax Operations that the current turnaround is 11 weeks.(How he knows when he is based in Salford and doesn't deal with IHT will remain a mystery!)
This information was included in his response to our MP. It wasn't even a question we raised because ours was dealt with in the early part of 2016. We have been waiting over 8 months for our certificate of completion (IHT300).
Hope this assists.
Remember tax doesn't have to be taxing, but any dealings with HMC will be both tardy and infuriating!!!
