Winning with walkers

Hi all, I won a football with walkers the other and sent along the email as its asks you to...but haven't had an response from them...do you usually get a conformation email back?

I tweeted them about it yesterday but not get back from that either...I've already told my boy about the football and a bit worried...

Does anyone have any experience with winning with them?

Sent them my email on 16th, got confirmation on 17th.

I won a ball on the 7th, did not get a confirmation email but the ball arrived last week. Hope this helps.

I've noticed the PS4s are being won by some very high profile comping queens. Can't possibly be random selection, too much of a coincidence.
