talktalk billing

I switched from talktalk to bt on the 27th february and just got a bill from talktalk for the period 28th february to 27 march ,tried talking to them and they say it is correct but i can,t understand why when i am not with them for that month.

    They should raise a credit note to adjust for services not received once the full transfer has gone through and updated the systems

    TT have form for continuing to bill after people have left (often claiming the customer is still with them). They have been fined for it (Twice) and they continue to do it. This may be the case with you.

    Confirm with them that you have left and record ALL conversations with them. TT really are bottom feeders. They will lie, lie and lie again. Its compulsive with them.
