A routine event , but cant find out how to change it.

Sign-out or remove and re-add account? Or hamburger icon? (3 red horizontal lines)

MyMail is just a viewer for external mail accounts. You'll need to open the web client for whichever account you're viewing and change the password there.

    Thanks for getting back.

Although I've tried these before, out of courtesy I've now redone the following.
I've completely uninstalled and reinstalled mymail.
I've reloaded my yahoo account and no problem.
Tried hotmail.co.uk with no luck, failed at password check.
Then went into hotmail web version, no problem.
The alternative email system I'm using (Bluemail) again no problem.

What I did notice is that it seemed to reference Smart lock Google secure password ( I think that's what it's called)
So I checked out what that's holding, it's the correct password there.

During all my web searches to find a solution I came across a reference to going into mymails web based site. But that seems to be changing a mymail mail password. Which I haven't got.

Frankly it's not the end of the world as I'm getting to like Bluemail! But their help desk must be fairly useless if they can't resolve it.
Still...... Would still value your help and others coming across this might be helped too.

Sorry replied before seeing second response.

I appreciate what your saying, but the original problem was created by me changing my password on the web based hotmail site (I changed it purely for security reasons)
When I went back in mymail it wanted my password, but it has refused to accept my new one.
I can accept this problem if there was a way of getting them balanced on mymail.

Just in case anyone comes across this thread with the same problem, here is the last response I've received from their technical team.
Frankly I don't believe it for one moment. I am still convinced it's a simple solution that will be instantly obvious to me if only they could be bothered to look.
If they are correct then the problem is going to be very widespread for them. There must be numerous users of hotmail changing there password at any one time.
Anyway here's their response, needless to say I've gone elsewhere.
