I think you'll find it's 10-12sqm per litre so it should do at least 100sqm. It will do a couple of rooms.0

Well... What a blonde moment!!
Thank you, you are right! 10L covers 100sqm. I'll have to try and work out roughly how much i will need for the whole house. This should be interesting.
Thanks for all the help.0 -
No worries Lauren
This is the roller frame I bought- Double arm so doesn't flex like the silly cheap ones.

I got it in the local "decorators warehouse" centre but available here or in some wickes branches (for half the price!!) Its great as can use 9-15 inch roller sleeves. I use the 12 inch Hamilton microfiber sleeve from screwfix. This one includes the end caps (the bits the roller frame slots into. The 9 inch sleeve needs the end caps buying separately and slotting in each end if that makes sense?
Brush wise I like these- synthetic which is what you need for water based paints. The Hamilton brushes are superb too and a little more robust I would say. They do a good set for sub £20 IIRC.

I bought the pole in B&Q yonks ago but its an extendable alloy Hamilton one which was about a tenner I think. Don't bother with the flimsy plastic ones as they're pants!0
