Other Uses For Paxo Stuffing

oh i love stuffing mix and use LOADS of it.
anything that would normally use breadcrumbs its good for, so stuffed veg, mixed in the topping of a savoury crumble, bulking out and coating bean burgers, etc etc
i've made veggie scotch eggs before using stuffing with well cooked minced onions and mushrooms (mushrooms and onions need cooking for about 5-10 mins to get all the liquid out) then mixing with stuffing adding water until a thick 'sausagey' consistency, wrap eggs, dip in egg, roll in more stuffing mix or breadcrumbs and baked.
Glamorgan sausages are good making with them too (I also make a chicken version you'd not be interesting in).
I also like it mixed with cheese to top a pasrta bake with.


in fact i'd better pop a few boxes on the shopping list

Thanks for that I have both onions and mushrooms that need using up and a trusty packet of stuffing mix

That may well be tonights menu sorted with a mixed salad which also needs using up.
