Global Search Launches Today for Real Couples and Families to Star in New Video Series Promoting The Islands of Tahiti ( 02 March 2017 )

Papeete, The Islands of Tahiti (1st March 2017) – If the idea of taking a trip this summer to one of the most beautiful places in the world sounds good to you, and you’re a couple or family who loves everything from adventure and discovering new cultures, to luxurious relaxation, you could be the new stars of a tourism promotion for The Islands of Tahiti.
TodayTahiti Tourisme is launching a global audition to cast real couples and families as the stars of a new digital video series promoting The Islands of Tahiti to audiences worldwide.
The video series, called “Two Stories/One Mana,” takes real people on a journey throughout The Islands of Tahiti and captures their travels immersed in the islands’ secluded beauty, unique Tahitian culture and French Polynesian style, world-class luxury and wild terrain. The series debuts today with videos featuring three real couples cast last year from California and France. They got to do things like race an outrigger canoe, dive for Tahitian black pearls, learn traditional dance, and just lounge in a luxurious overwater bungalow. See the series premiere here.
To film more videos, the casting call is now open to couples and families around the world. The new stars will get to discover more unique and authentic experiences in The Islands of Tahiti this summer. They will also get to experience “Mana,” which Tahitians believe is a sacred life force that connects all living things.

To audition, real couples and families should record a short 15-second video saying what inspires them about the The Islands of Tahiti and their top three favorite Tahiti activities.
Then share your audition video on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter using the hashtag #TakeMeToTahiti. The audition ends 5th April.
Three couples or families will be chosen as the new stars. They will spend 10 days in The Islands of Tahiti in June on a fully hosted adventure including authentic luxury, stunning natural beauty, vibrant Tahitian culture and unique Mana experiences.
“For the couples we hosted last year it was the trip of a lifetime,” said Tahiti Tourisme CEO Paul Sloan. “We hope to inspire travellers everywhere – those who have either wanted to visit The Islands of Tahiti for the first time or return for a new experience – to seek out and embrace their own Mana here on their next vacation.”
