How long to wait?

Just a quick query, I was burgled in Feb, claim went in 2 days later with Norwich Union for laptop, jewellery, mobile, camera, MP3 player, DVDs, CDs and games!

I got the laptop, jewellery, mobile, camera and MP3 player replaced within 2 months but I'm still waiting for the DVDs, CDs and games, I've phoned IVAL (the people dealing with it) and keep being told that they're awaiting 3 DVDs and they can't get 1 DVD so they're sending me a voucher.

I'm quite an impatient person anyway but is it normal to wait this long? Should I keep bugging them or should I just wait patiently and hope they sort me out soon?

Thanks Becca, I'm off to Swinton this afternoon, they set up my insurance and I've been in a few times with this query so if I get no joy from them (again)then I'll be in touch with you!:)

Becca, can I just say thank you so much for your help, I have just received a call from IVAL who have apologised for the long wait and my items should be with me Wed or Thurs next week!
