Will this work?

Hi

Currently have a 0% interest balance transfer credit card with a balance of about £3700 I am paying £150 per month off.

Husband accidentally purchased flights costing £1000 on the card which is now costing us purchase interest of about £17 per month.

The card currently has a cash advance offer of 0% till Jan 19 for 4% fee. If I transfer cash of 1k the fee is £40, easily less than a the interest we will pay overtime.

If I then make an additional card payment back onto the card of 1k will the accidental purchase be paid off as the highest interest paying balance is paid first?

leaving me with the same debt but now all 0%???

thanks

kara :)
