I would say that the answer to question 3 is: Dynamic coaching, world time function with 24 time zones, activity tracking.
I was looking at World Tempus' own article on the watch HERE
The 1st option is ruled out as none of the links say it has access to Social Networks.
The 2nd option says "messages and e-mails". To me this suggests they mean that it can send/receive emails whereas it only receives notifications when an email or call is received, presumably by the linked smart phone. (See "Notifications" in the hertzyabazas link).
All of the links include all three items from the 3rd option.
