PPI on Mint Card

I have recently applied for a Mint card online and this has been approved. At the time I opted in for payment protection insurance but have since decided against it. I have not received any documentation from Mint yet but when I do will I then be able to opt out of PPI (even though I have already said I would like it) or can I ring them and cancel it once my card etc has come through?
Many thanks in anticipation.
This is my first post. Hope it makes sense.
