    afternoon all,

NO UU here over the weekend but just wanted to pop in and say HI. Hoping to finish two more of my remaining 3 on March PP list but suspect 1 mayb 2 will be carried over.

managed to resist all offers that came in via email this weekend so rather chuffed with that!

One UU - Tresemme Keratin Smooth Heat protection spray. I had this for ages and I'm not sure whether these products really protect the hair. I didn't think it gave a shine either. It felt and smelt nice on the hair though.
If anyone has any suggestions for a similar product, I'm happy to try out something different !

    morning all,

another March PP UU: Soap and Glory Righteous Butter - WDBA - this was great, really moisturising, still able to feel it hours later, went on and sank in well and the tub lasted ages.

Have opened an Elemis one - get the feeling this wont last as well! and that leaves only 1 body moisturiser left in my stash! (well full sized anyway!)

I don't think I'll have many more UUs this month. I have organised a few products into a pile that are to be either given away or traded on another forum I use.

My skin has been pretty sore this past week or so, but The Body Shop's Camomile Cleansing Butter is a saviour. But now I can't use my go to cleanser :(

I'm going to persevere with the items on my PP list and see how much I get used before the end of the month.

    I have a uu

No7 Creme Touch Powder in Candlelight - this was part of my Finish 5 by Spring, there is a thin ring round the edges but I can't get anything on the brush so I'm calling it done. WBA, this was a lovely pale colour and did the job well. I have replaced it with a Rimmel Stay Matte from the stash.

    Plugging on.
Not sure if I will have any use ups this month, the problem being I have several things that do the same job, thanks to NBI's.
I was doing quite well with using up my toner as a cleanser, then I got the fluffy cleansing cloth to review.
Same applies to the lovely Murad face wash.
    At least nothing's gone off.

Though I did have a tub of Burt's Bees body butter being used as foot cream dive off the bedroom storage unit unseen, have its lid come off and flow slowly across the carpet. It's one of those NBI Burt's Bees products that has that characteristic Burt's Bees sweet, musty, milky smell, I'm not that keen on the smell now, so it wasn't a total disaster. Half of it went.

Last week saw my UUs shoot from 3 to 5 - for the year to date, so still miles behind everyone else!!

Finished a shampoo (Dove Moisturising Milk one) that I've not gone on with particularly well before, but this seemed OK. Assuming it's probably down to change in conditioner (using up an 'unknown' last time, but on my all time favourite now). Replaced with a different shampoo from stock.

Other item was a toothpaste (Crest) that I've had on the go for ages. Replaced with the 'dregs' (quite a bit left) of a toothpaste my OH put to one side to throw as he reckoned it'd been open too long (but not as long as mine, so I've no problem using it up ;) )

  • Hi all,

How's everyone's week going. I'd say hurrah it's nearly the weekend but I'm working well into the evening tomorrow and potentially in work at the weekend a fair bit. I'm beyond exhausted at the moment, doing lots of overtime but really could do with the money and hopefully I'll be able to treat myself once I get paid. I feel like all I do at the moment is work :(

Anyway apologies for the woe is me spiel! I kkkw a few others were feeling a bit rubbish ATM too.

    Use ups:
Lush Bar Bar bubble bar - WBA I liked this it was a nice calming scent and made plenty of bubbles
Lush face wash sample - WMBA

I have lots of nearly UUs including lush shower gel, full size face wash, moisturiser samples
