popla appeal - where to upload letter?

I have started my POPLA appeal - when I log in, I have the option of ticking various boxes about why I am appealing - If I tick on all of the reasons why I am appealing, I get given text boxes to provide reasons in.
I wanted to submit a letter format appeal with all the reasons. can I do this? where would I upload the letter? or do I need to fill in each box giving the reason why I am applying within each box rather than all in one letter?
the upload options under each reason are only for evidence, rather than for an appeal letter.

We do hundreds of POPLA appeals here, all really long & with photos embedded. I thought the NEWBIES thread post #3 (about POPLA) already said to simply upload a PDF full appeal under 'OTHER'. Which is what we do.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
