12mts closeboard fencing

I have been quoted 12 mts close fencing board for £850. Ht 6ft and he will install the closeboards insitu. Me neighbours had his done by the same firm for £650 last year. Mine is 1 mt longer can he justify the £200 extra. He said neighbours had theirs done last year does this seem to be a fair quote? I must admit the fences they erected are very strong. Thanks

Cost of materials is about 400 assuming all in timber so I would suggest it's worth getting another quote.

12m = 4 bays of 3m closeboard fencing which could be done in a day and therefore I would expect the cost could be brought down.
