5.2 We may charge a handling fee of 2% (at least £2) for balance transfers and cheques offered at special promotional rates other than a special promotional rate you received when your account was opened.

    So it looks like initial 0% promo rates are not subject to charges yet, only further BTs made. What's most concerning is that there's no cap!

    This card is operated by Halifax IIRC, is this the start of a trend for Halifax cards?
