Dear all, I'm looking g for some guidance on two PCN I received while parked in the works car park. So The car park surrronds a building but I parked on one side twice and received a PCN but round the other side and no PCN. Same signs and all bays I used were not numbered etc. I was even verbally told by the agency that I could park there.
Now some have permits but the majority do not.
The issue date of one PCN was 25/10/2016 so it's got to the point of ZZPS writing to me and now a solicitors have written. I did read on the PCN post to ignore or fight, after ignoring these for a few months I feel I may have to fight unless I can carry on.
They say about issuing a CCJ (county court judgment) but is this talk? I want some real answers and not just these dead mongering letters. So the parking company is called NPC.
Thanks for reading this far and I look forward to some advice.

I wasn't allowed to post links as a new member so if you add http to it you'll see a photo of the letters I've received.
Many thanks0 -
Surely the sensible thing is to go to your employer and ask them to cancel it?0

Get yourself into the Parking Tickets subforum and start by having a good careful read of the Newbies Sticky - Post four will probably be the most pertinent as you are at the ZZPS stage but you may find other remaining options.0

So at the bottom of their letters their apparently BPA and IPC associated. So I shall I email with the IPC letter version?
On both tickets it's got to the point where ZZPS have sent a letter and now the solicitor has sent two letters on one and one on the other.
But like what post four says, sending them to ask to show all evidence..

Thanks - however I have called my employer and they weren't so helpful.0
