DRP and CP Plus

Hi first time writing on here.
Unfortunately i received a parking notice on my company car in december last year and read the wrong information on how to deal with it by ignoring the letters from CP Plus.
I have now received a notice from DRP saying that they are acting on behalf of CP plus.
I have called DRP asking for a 10 digit verification code but he says my appeal time is over.
Not sure what my next step is now after stupidly reading the wrong information on how to deal with this.
Any help would be greatfully received.
Thanks

Post Four of the Newbies Sticky completely covers what you do with DRP.
And if you want further clarification, please read the "Read this before posting any more DRP threads" thread.0 -

"DRP saying that they are acting on behalf of CP plus."
Unsure what "acting" they refer to ???
Maybe CP plus are doing a re-make of "Fagan" from Oliver Twist
And if you think that's stupid ..... THINK DRP0
