Italk phone only charges dispute!

I have a phone only service with evening and weekend calls. This had been with Newcall for many years and I thought I had the best price available and their weekend rate starts at 6pm unlike many others. The monthly bill had crept up recently from about £14 to £16 or £17 per month so in December when Italk contacted me offering same service for £14.99 I agreed. I did ask if the service would include 'caller display' and '1571' and they confirmed it would.
First bill was in January at £14.99 as promised but the bill this month now includes charges of £2.60 each for the caller display and 1571 plus pro rate charge for same for part month of January from contract start date. A total of £ 24.65 and no chargeable calls.
The contract by the way is for a two years.
I have spoken to Italk and they confirmed the charges are correct and that I must have misunderstood the information given over the phone but that the prices are shown in their literature. I advised them I would be reconsidering my contract with them and if I decided to terminate I would not expect to pay any cancelation fees.
Have just looked through the welcome letter and T&Cs mailed to me and clearly states my package cost is £14.99 per month.
I am thinking that my next move will be to email them the above information so we at least have a written response while I review the situation and check out prices from other providers. (Just heard news on Ofcom and BT line rental prices to be cut!).
