The exact same thing happened to me (and like you I didn't use the voucher straight away) But thank you hazyjo, I tweeted them and they answered immediately and after confirming my original prize code they have sent me another £30 voucher.

I too won a £30 voucher and received that e-mail. As I had also won buy one get one free on the spin to win, I thought it was in reference to that, not the £30 voucher. Have messaged them.0
