    Tesco suspended accepting new applications for current accounts from 11th of February and were processing applications from 8th February two days ago, so they'll soon catch up.


    I wonder if reopening is imminent .

    I don't know who advised you that they were processing applications from 8 Feb two days ago.

    My application was dated 10 Feb ( just beat the deadline) but has been opened for over a week now.

    If you call their helpline a recorded message says "at present the oldest applications being worked on are from the 12th February"

    Strange as they stopped accepting applications on the 11Feb.

    It was the recorded message given on ringing the number for current account holders.

    Except that they didn't. See post 2 and other threads, all applications were halted.
    The questions that get the best answers are the questions that give most detail....
