Have we been miss-sold a boiler?

I got stroppy with the energy firm this morning. The person I spoke to couldn't understand why problems hadn't been sorted a month ago. They in turn sent out installers / fitters . No problems. Went and got a radio frequency programmer/receiver/room thermostat. Brilliant.

You might want to extend your definition of the word 'accessibility'

What inline filter didn't they fit? is it a scale or a magnetic filter as if the boiler manufacturer requires it and it isn't fitted that may affect your warranty.
