DRP letters help please

Hi all, so I have received a third letter from DRP stating final chance to pay, do I carry on ignoring these or just pay up? Any help or advice would be great

    Yep.

Read post #4 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky. The same information has been given so many times that Coupon-mad included this advice in the sticky.

    Which parking company?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

If its following what I have seen before I think the final letter before it flips to solicitor headed note paper offers ~£25 off ... :)

Have you complained to the landowner, getting them to intervene?

the sticky thread is the third thread down from the top of the forum, so above your thread

post #4 deals with debt collector letters, which you should IGNORE

but you should ALWAYS APPEAL any private parking ticket, so if the SMART one is recent read and follow post #1 of that NEWBIES sticky thread , its the best FREE ADVICE on the internet, especially in the U.K.

you should complain to the GYM and to MATALAN and get them to cancel both tickets too

No link (like all newbies you need to learn how to use the forum, to get the most from it and never rely on spoon-fed links) but it is in my signature exactly where to click.

The NEWBIES thread is 2 clicks away. See below.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
