@ futuristic;
Thank you so much for the info shared. I went though same experience yesterday and our sales rep just wouldnt bulge on price. In the end I manage to squeeze 2to spend on extras which like nothing get. Nothing it's a 4 bed house of over 350k and basic kitchen and all. I ended up reserving it anyway.
But was thing lingam of emailing the head office this morning to see if I can get anything more out. Any tips on this will be of a great help.
Am a ftb and not using help to buy I thought they could be a little more helpful.
I look forward to your response.

This is my first time posting so apologies if I!!!8217;m not doing it in the right place! Did you have any luck in negotiating extras after reservation? I have paid a reservation fee and am in the process of waiting on missives being signed. Am I too late to try and negotiate on extras such as integrated appliances/carpets/flooring?0
