Hi
I have an insurance policy with Loveit Coverit for my iphone 7. In the weekend it got stolen from me and so I'm in the process of submitting a claim. However after this happened I started researching the reviews of the company and am now extremely worried about getting a good in order exact replacement/getting my claim accepted at all.
Once (I hopefully) get a replacement I want to insure it with a reputable insurer, who preferably instead of sending a replacement themselves (as I find this really shady) will reimburse me for a replacement I get myself.
After some research into other providers of gadget cover it seems to be the same story for them all, none of them come recommended when it comes to claims that I can see.
I just want to know if anyone can tell me a reputable insurer to go with for cover? I don't mind paying a premium price for excellent coverage and claims service.
Thanks
Christina

Most insurers provide a replacement phone as they get deals with suppliers, so they pay out less for the item. I think you might struggle to find an insurer that will give you 100% cash for a replacement.0
