Could the machines still be operated by LBG similar to how Tesco machines are operated by RBS? Having said that I'm sure the Tesco machines are RBS branded unlike Sainsbury's.

When something similar happened with me with £10, after filing a dispute, I got the money back in less than 24 hours. :T
