Parking Charge Notice from CPPlus ltd (Notice to Keeper)

Hi
My partner received a Notice to keeper 'Parking Charge Notice' on Saturday from CPPlus Ltd regarding an offence on the 16th Jan 201 for not displaying a valid P&D ticket of permit. Long story short my partner forgot to take the staff permit out of my car (that she used on the Friday before) & put it in her car. No notice on the vehicle at the time...
Basically the charge is £80.00 & is asking for payment.
Any advice would be greatly received...

the correct advice for all members is in the NEWBIES sticky thread, just above your thread, 3 threads down from the top of this forum
please read it and follow the advice within it
your partner follows that advice (as RK of the vehicle)
and complain to the employer or landholder and get it cancelled , without revealing who was driving (not to anyone that asks nor let it slip either)0 -
Sorry & thank you - I did have a look at the thread but am on little sleep at the moment & my partner is undergoing Chemotherapy so I'll try & sort as much for her.
I'll have a look now.Dwy galon, un dyhead,

my sympathies for you at this time , these issues are the last things you want
use the blue text template and appeal it as KEEPER (not driver) as they are a BPA member
you will NOT get better FREE advice anywhere in the world than what coupon-mad has written in that NEWBIES sticky thread , which is why we always point people at it
if there was something to be added or changed , she would do so , so that it ALWAYS stays relevant and up to date , so nobody can add more to your request than is already in that thread , which also talks about complaining to the landholder, in this case the trust , who should be following these 2.5 year old guidelines (if this is an NHS trust site ?)

in any case, this is the 21st century and they should maintain a computerised "whitelist" of all VRM details as this paper based system is 5 centuries old and out of date. it is not hard to make a whitelist out of the VRM details because people have use of more than one vehicle in 2017 and onwards
the landholder or employer should have cancellation clauses in the contract , so get them to invoke it asap0 -
Thank you, I have sent off the template email from my partners email (as the keeper) & she will write a letter to her employer regarding the issue.Dwy galon, un dyhead,
