i do normally agree with daveboy but today he seems to be a bit of a t##t to say the least. The whole purpose of this whole forum is for people to get help. If you dont want to help people then why bother even spending your time reading and replying. If it really is too much like hard work for you go and do something else so constructive mate.

The guy is 18 and was asking for some advice on a loan, not asking you to wipe his !!!!!! so get over yourself.

The guy is an adult and is asking questions that are basic. I've already said what needs to be done - some research.

We're here to help each other - and, as you put it, he is, near enough, asking for someone to do exactly that (not that I'll repeat it as it's above).

I live in Cubbington, Leamington Spa if I've broken the law. Last time I checked we all had a right to an opinion.

I have already said that on the whole i do agree with you opinions and you are entitled to say what you want but you seem to tell people that you are not going to spoon feed them, if you dont want to spoon feed them then dont even grace their thread with your replies, i doubt they will lose any sleep.

The guy has probably thought that he could get some info off people that have been there and done it. I dont think he needs all the attitude just for wanting to get a loan and a car, its no big deal.

    Well said daveboy.
I'm amazed that some people asking for advice on these boards can actually get on the Internet all by themselves!

oh and there is another one. If you really cannot be bothered to help people on these forums which are set up to offer advice and help to others then dont bother to post and spend your time replying. Dont think that you have to reply to people and that you are doing them a favour by giving them a reply, there are plenty of others who will do it for them.

Most of the questions on here can probably be answered if people spent a bit of time researching it on the Net but they probably want practical advice from people who have been there and done it. Why dont you just log off and watch TV if all these questions get you so annoyed.

Well there's over 44000 registered users - someone has to speak up when the questions have self explanatory answers because otherwise all we'll see is threads like this.

I for one have seen many threads like this one - another popular one is stoozers who don't know how to stooze on the credit card board.

he was pm'ing me as i am a car dealer and was asking for advice on his choice of car. I am not defending him but i believe he has done his research and is ready to take on a loan. Just because you think he has asked a stupid question does not mean you need to post telling him so, dont read the thread and dont reply if that is how you feel.
