Sainsburys Bank Master Card

Has anyone else had his / her Sainsburys Bank Visa Card replaced by a Master Card in the last few weeks without warning? If so............BEWARE!
My Master Card has no CVV security number on the reverse side. This 3-digit code is required by all the online shops I use and so it now means that I cannot buy anything online with my new credit card from Sainsburys Bank!
No doubt Sainsburys Bank has some selfish financial motive for changing from a Visa Card to a Master Card but it is NOT an improvement to this customer.
I have written to their customer service dept to complain (since their online enquiry form never gets a reply) and all I have had are acknowledgment letters apologising for the delay in replying.
Am not impressed.
