Buying a Showhome - what should be included?

Hearts set - price has been agreed they have included carpets, curtains, lights, some mirrors (not all) and no furniture at all. I know that furniture is never included and is extra but the house has an internal music system installed with speakers to the kitchen, living room, bathroom and master bedroom. The house is a 4 bed detached house but the builders have said they will be taking out the music system unless we pay them their cost price of £2750 (invoice seen). We don't really need it as I have my own top of the range system but I just feel they are trying to fool me and that it should stay rather them uninstalling it?
Any thoughts appreciated? They have already knocked £15k off the price so I have a good deal? Just want to clear my mind with your help?

In my experience as a Sales Advisor for New Homes the developer should at least be leaving all the wiring in place for the sound system so you can then connect your own.
15k seems like a reasonable reduction but I'd get a better idea if I knew what price you were purchasing at?Christians Against Poverty - www.capuk.org0 -
Friends parent's bought one complete with cutlery on the tables and fake champagne bottles!
Keep negotiatingAnd think about what's a want and what's a need.
Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Total reduction in price is £18,200 (i'm rubbish at maths
) They were not willing to drop anything at all on the showhome and it took a month of negotiation to get here! The wiring will stay put but they will take out their equipment...
