You're up early...or is it a late night?!

Nargle how long will you be in upheaval?

Igor is busy defrosting some yummy sprouts curry for lunch. :D
    Don't worry,it's a fresh batch. :j
    No,thank you Igor,but I'm eating out today.
  • Last two days have been quite spend-heavy days. Term has ended and I've been meeting up with friends before they go away for the Easter vacation. I've eaten out twice and bought the stationary I need for my revision.

Here's to hoping that today will be a NSD though :)

    I'm on a roll currently...yes,yesterday was #7.
Finally got my budget under control and have cunningly banned my debit card from my purse. It's amazing what a difference that makes.I know that that's achingly obvious but I really was a bit lost as regards budgeting and managing my money.I haven't gone into debt but I was spending very flippantly.I have a weekly grocery budget and have decided only to take out small amounts of this when I go out, rather than the whole amount.Any spending that is budgeted doesn't count.
    Enough from me though.

Have a fab,non spendy if possible, weekend folks!! :money:

Update today,promised...ie I'll update the front page and hand out any prizes....that's me,I'm the first one to reach my 'in a row' total!!!! :j:j:j

It was actually my 3 year old that helped. I asked her if she wanted icecream and she said no!

Yesterday was NSD #11 and Today is #12. I'm up to 4 in a row so only tomorrow needed to achieve my 5 in a row goal. :j

So far we have no plans for tomorrow, p be spending the day slobbing around the house. I'm so close to my target.

Spendy day today, odds and ends at the supermarket. Kitchen main part done, just cooker to reconnect and fiddly bits to finish off. Still.looks pretty magnificent though. We have a brand new working sink at last, beats doing the washing up in a preserving pan on the floor of the ensuite shower room.

Been at the neighbours' this evening having a curry dinner and a trio.of desserts with Prosecco cocktails. I shall sleep well tonight.
