A friend has asked me to help ....
She has an Acer Aspire V 15 (V3-572-746F)

1 TB HDD

Remove battery (does it have a removable one?) Press and hold power button?
Try to start in safe mode
Check for dust.

Press and hold the power button for 60 seconds did the trick.
Installed CCleaner, removed load of rubbish.
One happy 'client' !
