Green ticks

The green ticks that tell me that I have entered a comp have stopped working. When I click on them they turn green but when I return to the previous page they don't save. Has anyone body any ideas what is wrong? Thanks in advance of any replies.

When you go back to the previous page, try refreshing the page. The green ticks only update on the main page when the page refreshes, which I think is about every 15 minutes unless you do it manually.

Are you using an iPad? I have the same problem but if I refresh the page they come back and then stick.

Thanks for your replies. I have refreshed the page but tonly no effect, that normally works. It has only happened this morning .

Are you using tabs you've opened some time earlier? My ticks don't work if I do that. You have to do it within X number of hours. Prob just a glitch though on whatever you're entering comps on as mentioned above (laptop? iPad?).

I had this problem recently on my desktop - which also happens to be touchscreen. If I 'touched' the screen it went green but then later I had lots of comps saying I hadn't entered (the thanks was still green though). Turns out I can only click the tick with my mouse on the desktop

Thanks again for your replies. I am using a SAMSUNG Ipad with a touchscreen. It is the same problem that you have described "cluckyhen" the thanks button stays green. It is not the case that I have left tabs open "hazyjo" I tend to open the comp and enter immediately. I did find a way round it by doing everything twice " Thanks, tick , refresh etc " the tick stayed on green but that has stopped working now. Very frustrating and time consuming.

I've joined a while ago but have just started doing comps. I have noticed that 99% of my green ticks that I have highlighted don't stay on although occasionally one will randomly work. I've tried refreshing, cleaning, restarting (I am using a tablet) but nothing works. Any assistance would be gratefully received. Thanks Jan

PS The thanks button works ok

I get this when I'm comping on my Kindle. I've found that I have to press the thanks button for a while longer to make it work. Suggest: try this and refresh the page to see if it's worked. If it's there when you've refreshed, it should mean it will stay there.
