There are two prizes up for grabs, so you don’t want to miss out! We’re taking a specially chartered plane to Orlando, and you can win tickets for up to 4 people to join the party. We’ll put you up for 5 nights at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, give you a $2,500 Disney Gift Card, and provide ground transportation so you can get around all the parks with ease.

1. This Promotion is only open to legal residents of United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion.
2. How to enter: Visit https://www.virginholidays.co.uk/saturday-night-takeaway and enter your full name, email address, postal address and phone number to be entered into the prize draw.
3. Promotion Period: Enter between 00.01 GMT on 25th February 2017 and 23.59 GMT on 12th March 2017 (inclusive)
4. No purchase necessary; however, internet access and a valid phone number are required.
5. Maximum one entry per person throughout the Promotion Period.
6. All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period to be valid and no liability is accepted for illegible, incomplete or late entries. Only online entries via the Promotion website will be accepted.
7. Prize Details: Two winners will each win 1x holiday for the winner and up to three (3) guests. Details are as follows:
• Return economy flights for up to four (4) people operated by Virgin Atlantic from London Gatwick (LGW) to Orlando (MCO) on the 4th April 2017 returning on the 9th April 2017. Flight times to be advised at a later date.
• This Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-negotiable and cannot be sold or auctioned and must be taken within the specified travel dates. City and carrier must be the same for departure and return.
• Four (4) round trip ground transfers between Orlando International Airport and the Walt Disney World® Resort.
• Room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room, with a maximum of four (4) persons per room, for five (5) nights at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Hotel on a room only basis.
• 6-Day Park Hopper Tickets for up to four (4) people.
• One (1) Disney Gift Card to the value of $2500.
• Tickets and U.S ground transportation to Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway live show in Magic Kingdom.
• Items that are not included in the package:
- Hotel room service
- Laundry service
- Alcoholic beverages
- Merchandise, souvenirs, etc.
- Local and long distance telephone calls
- Tips, gratuities, service charges or taxes
- All other charges and items not otherwise described above
- Meals
- Personal travel insurance
• The Prize must be taken on the specified dates in 2017. No alternate dates are available on this occasion.
• The winner and all their guests must travel at the same time on the same routing. Virgin Holidays cannot be responsible for unforeseen cancellations of flights or other arrangements.
• Travel insurance is not included. We recommend travel insurance is purchased for the winner and all their guests before travel.
• The winner and each guest must have (at the time of travel) a valid passport and all necessary visas or other required documentation to comply with applicable immigration or other travel regulations. Passports must be valid for no less than six (6) months at the time of travel.
• Any children (people under the age of 16) in the group must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• If the winner elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her prize with fewer than four (4) guests, the prize will be awarded to the winner and any participating guest and any remainder of the prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation.
8. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any third-party products or services.
9. Winner Selection: All valid entries received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period will be entered into a prize draw to be conducted within 2 working days of the closing date and, for your total confidence, by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service.
10. Winner Notification: The winners will be contacted via the phone number provided upon entry within 2 working days of the draw and will be required to respond to confirm eligibility plus acceptance of the prize within 2 days of initial contact. In the event a winner does not respond to communications within 2 days of initial contact, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and the prize will be allocated to an alternate entrant selected in the same manner.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.
12. All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
13. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
14. Personal Information: Entrants personal information will be used in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy (visit https://www.virginholidays.co.uk/important/privacy-statement for more information) and may be passed to our agents to administer the Promotion, send out prizes and to enable the Promoter to promote the Promotion and its products and services (including the products and services of any partner sponsoring the competition) in any media including without limitation TV, online and publishing channels and social media platforms. Personal information will only be used for direct marketing purposes if you have consented to receive future marketing from the Promoter.
15. The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or injury suffered by any entrant entering the Promotion or as a result of accepting or participating in any prize. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
16. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
17. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
18. The winners will be required to participate in any reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion without further payment or permission. You agree that the Promoter may publish your first name, surname, initial, age, town/city and/or likeness.
19. The name and counties of the winners will be available by going to https://www.promowinners.com/virginholidaysdisney2017.
20. By entering this Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
21. The Promoter’s decision is binding in all matters relating to this Promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
22. The Terms and Conditions of this Promotion shall be interpreted and applied on the basis of English Law and the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

I tried this and didn't get an error message but didn't get confirmation either, just goes back to a blank form. Tried in Chrome and Safari.
