Hi All
Hope someone with access to a Glasses Guide or similar can maybe help.
Son's car went on fire and insurance agreed total loss over a phone call.
They have since collected the car from the recovery garage but as yet haven't made a settlement offer. I would like him to be pre-armed when they do make an offer to decide if it is reasonable.
Checking Autotrader etc the price range is anything from £5.5k to £9.5k. Do we just pick something in the middle or would Glasses be more specific?
I would describe the car as probably better than good but certainly not immaculate!
2004 Range Rover Vogue 3.0 Tdi.
Any help appreciated.
TIA

This one has fours bands of prices and you can adjust for mileage:

None of these work for me.
Parkers and Autotrader can't give me a value and wisebuyers doesn't have an option for my car's year in the drop down box so throws up an error.
Confused.com works OK though.0 -
Sounds strange. What make and model?0

Mileage, number of owners, MOT left, service history?0

Condition is everything for 20 year old car. Guide isn't designed for your age of car so not surprisingRemember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0 -

£0 - £500.
Possibly a little more in a private sale. Insurance probably the midpoint but minus your excess.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -

Those prices sound wildly optimistic, to put it politely.0
