The prize is time critical and the winner will be contacted in accordance with Clause 5.2 of the ITV General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms. All entrants must be contactable for 2 working days after Thursday 9 March 2017.

The winner must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over at the time of entering the competition, and may be required to confirm proof of age and eligibility.

Each call costs £2, plus your network access charge.

A single online entry costs £2 plus any standard network rate message where applicable. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time as stated on the website.

Disney World Resort Trip
A five-night (5), six-day (6) trip for the winner and up to three (3) companions to Disney World Resort, Orlando, Florida, USA. The prize includes:

Virgin Holidays return economy flights from London Gatwick to Orlando International on 4 April 2017 and 9 April 2017 respectively, for the winner and up to three (3) companions;
Return transfers from Orlando International to Disney World Resort for the winner and up to three (3) companions;
Five (5) nights room accommodation at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Hotel consisting of one (1) standard room based on four (4) people sharing;

Tickets to attend the live show of Saturday Night Takeaway, to be filmed on 8 April 2017 at Disney World Resort, for the winner and up to three (3) companions.

This element of the prize may not be sold, traded, transferred, and rescheduled to dates not within the fulfilment period set forth below, or refunded. The holiday package and/or holiday components are not redeemable for cash. Flights are not transferable for cash, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for air miles or other forms of promotional discount.

The ‘Magic Your Way’ tickets can only be used in connection with the prize and are not refundable, renewable, transferable or exchangeable. Entrance to the Disney World Resort and Disney Parks and use of the Disney facilities shall be subject to the holiday prize provider’s terms and conditions and park rules.

In the event accommodation at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Hotel becomes unavailable, Disney shall provide alternative hotel accommodation within Disney World Resort of the same or of a higher standard (choice of accommodation in Disney’s sole discretion). The Gift Card can be used to cover meals, drinks, and merchandise and can be spent in any Disney owned shop or restaurant in accordance with the prize provider’s gift card terms of use. The Disney Gift Card expires when the value on the card is USD$0. The ‘Magic Your Way’ tickets can only be used in connection with the prize and is not renewable.

Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes. The Prize is for 4-9 April 2017. The dates are fixed and the Prize cannot be taken at another time. Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize.

The winner and their companions will attend the live show of Saturday Night Takeaway, which is to be filmed on 8 April 2017 at Disney World Resort, Orlando, Florida, USA. Please note that any companion under the age of seven (7) years will not be permitted to attend the live show due to age restrictions. Any individuals who are younger than seven (7) years of age will be permitted to participate in the other elements of the prize, including the flights, accommodation and ‘Magic Your Way’ tickets. Please note that neither ITV nor the Prize Provider will be responsible for arranging care facilities for anyone who is unable to attend the live show.

The winner and their companions may be filmed taking up the Prize (including on the plane and at Disney) and may be featured in ITV content and related promotional activity.

Further note that if the winner elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her prize with fewer than three (3) guests, the Prize will be awarded to the winner and any participating guest and any remainder of the Prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation.

The winner and their companions must each hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to the USA including but not limited to making a timely application for receipt of ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) authorization under the Visa Waiver Program. With effect from 1 April 2016, travellers to the USA under the Visa Waiver Program must hold a passport with an integrated chip. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip. It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organize and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party (ii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs, and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the prize provider. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and/or their companion(s) adhere to the visa entry requirements to the USA. It is the responsibility of the winner and companion(s) to adhere to the local laws in the USA including but not limited to the legal age limit for buying, drinking and possessing alcoholic beverages which is 21 years or over.

The Prize excludes UK ground transfers, meals and drinks (other than those specified above), excursions and attractions (other than those specified above), treatments, car hire, travel insurance, personal expenses, visas and vaccinations, hotel room service, laundry service, merchandise, souvenirs, local and long distance telephone calls, tips, gratuities, service charges, taxes and all other charges and items not otherwise described above.
